Random note

I am watching a training video on QuickBooks. There is a bookkeeping concept called "Cost of Goods Sold" but the narrator of the training has a pretty strong accent, and it sounds like "Custard Goose ... So". Fortunately there are subtitles. If he says it a lot, hopefully my auditory processing brain will eventually make the connection.
